Step out of the ordinary to experience an exciting, exhilarating outdoor adventure in Charleston, SC. The Wild Blue experience begins at ground school where participants learn how to safely navigate the ropes course, and the state-of-the-art safety harness system. Go at your own pace as you navigate through Wild Blue Ropes' 72 purposefully designed obstacles, suspended up to 35 ft. in the air. Much like a ski trail, the 4 levels of difficulty on the Wild Blue Challenge Course are color coded indicating difficulty – from beginner to expert. All high and low elements are expertly designed for maximum thrills!
Wild Blue Ropes Adventure Park is located just off Folly Road – only 10 minutes from Downtown Charleston and Folly Beach.
The WBR Challenge Course takes 2 hours to complete, based on how quickly one completes the individual obstacles.

All WBR participants must have completed a waiver prior to climbing. For your convenience, you may complete these online (prior to your arrival) at: https://www.smartwaiver.com/w/5379e5405c3e4/web/.
Please arrive dressed in comfortable clothing appropriate for outdoor activity. We require closed toe shoes (no sandals or flip flops). If you have a refillable water bottle, we recommend you bring it along. Sunscreen is also highly recommended.
Kindly arrive 15 minutes prior to your climb time, so we can get you checked in most efficiently & up on the ropes.
Wild Blue Ropes Adventure Park is located at 1595 Highland Avenue, Charleston, South Carolina, 29412 (just off the intersection of Folly Rd and Highland Ave). FREE parking is available. Call us at (843) 225-1555 should you get lost or run late.
Children ages 4 and up are welcome to climb at Wild Blue Ropes Adventure Park.
Children who can reach their entire palm above 72" are allowed to climb the Challenge Course on their own. Children who cannot reach heights of 72" must be accompanied on the Challenge Course by an individual at least 12 years of age. Our experience has shown that children 5' tall can generally reach a height of 72" with their arms above their heads are typically able to perform the clip/unclip maneuver by themselves on the Challenge Course.
Wild Blue Crew members cannot continuously assist shorter climbers on the ropes course, as it take away from their general duties and responsibilities. Therefore please be sure an adult member of your group is prepared to assist smaller climbers on the Challenge Course.
Wild Blue Ropes Adventure Park does have some shady areas around the property. You may refill water bottles for FREE at our cold water station, and we also sell cold beverages in the office. We recommend arriving at Wild Blue well hydrated, and to take water breaks throughout your adventure.
Wild Blue Crew members are positioned both on the ground, and up on the ropes at all times. We want this to be your adventure, so we do stay a comfortable distance. We certainly help out in a jam, but you choose the obstacles & order you tackle them in.
Adventure doesn’t shy away from a bit of rain and neither do we. Wild Blue Ropes is typically open rain or shine.
Participants must weigh at least 40 pounds, and no more than 275 pounds.
Please wear comfortable clothing, and close toed shoes. No flip flops, skirts, dresses, or hanging jewelry such as earrings or necklaces.
